A digitalisation agent is the company that delivers your Kit Digital solution: the website, the online store, search visibility, social media or e‑invoicing. Red.es grants the voucher, but it's the agent who turns it into something that works. That's why choosing well matters as much as getting the grant.
Teix Web Studio has worked from Palma since 2016 and is an accredited digitalisation agent in all 8 solution categories of the programme. We meet you in person or by video call, in Spanish, English or German, and explain every step with no small print.

We check your voucher
We review your segment, the available balance and where the programme stands at that moment, using official sources.
- When possible
We sign the agreement
We formalise the service agreement on the Red.es platform and start work.
- Delivery
We put the solution in place
With clear dates and your approval before anything goes live.
- After each phase
We justify and keep going
We submit the justification, let you know about each decision and keep the service running for the 12 months.

The voucher
How much you could be entitled to
Maximum voucher amounts per segment under Order TDF/39/2026. VAT isn't covered. What you get depends on your segment and whether you've already used part of the voucher.
Programme status
Where Kit Digital stands right now
As of the last review, there is no general call open for new applications. Order TDF/39/2026 allows leftover funds to be reinvested with no fixed closing date, and gives priority to people who already applied and were left unfunded.
What you can do now is get your project ready with us. The last calls ran out within weeks: those who arrive with their solution defined apply on day one.

What is a digitalisation agent?
It's the company accredited to the Kit Digital programme that delivers the solution to the voucher holder: it designs it, puts it in place, maintains it during the service period and justifies it with Red.es. The voucher is deducted from the price of the solution.

Yes. Teix Web Studio is an accredited digitalisation agent of the Kit Digital programme in all 8 solution categories, working from Palma de Mallorca.
What can Kit Digital pay for?
The solutions in the programme catalogue. With us, the 8 we're accredited for: website and online presence, e-commerce, advanced online presence (SEO), social media management, customer management (CRM), process management, e-invoicing and marketplace. Each has its own page with the details.
How much funding am I entitled to?
It depends on the size of your business: up to €12,000 with 10 to 49 employees (segment I), up to €6,000 with 3 to 9 (segment II) and up to €3,000 with 0 to 2 employees or self-employed (segment III).
When is the next call?
There's no official date. Leftover funds are being reallocated without a new general call, with priority for those who already applied. We check the BOE and the Red.es site and keep our Kit Digital 2026 updates page current.
Do you work across Mallorca and the Balearic Islands?
Yes. We work in Palma and across Mallorca, in person if you prefer or by video call, and remotely with businesses on the other Balearic Islands.
How much does it cost me if I have Kit Digital?
The voucher covers the price of the solution up to its limit. VAT isn't covered by Kit Digital and is paid by the beneficiary. Before signing, we give you the details in writing.
Can I apply for Kit Digital now?
As of the last review, there's no general call open for new applications. You can join the alert list on the Kit Digital 2026 updates page and we'll write to you the day it's possible.
What happens when the 12 months end?
The solution is still yours. You can stay with us on a maintenance plan or take it to another provider: we hand over the access and the content.
