We design and publish your site —usually in two or three weeks— with your copy, your photos and your brand, and you review it before it goes live.

Is the domain registered in my name?
Yes, always. We guide you to buy it in your own name and you share the credentials only so we can configure it. If you ever cancel the subscription, the domain stays yours and you take it with you.
How many pages does the website include?
Three as a base: home, about us and contact. That’s the structure most businesses need to explain who you are, what you do and let people reach you without friction. If you later need more —services, shop, blog— each extra page is a one-off €100, and with the SEO plan they are included.
Can I have the site in several languages?
Yes, and in Mallorca it usually pays off. The site ships in one language and each additional language is a one-off €200, with hreflang set up properly so every version ranks in its own language — key if your customers are German or British.
What exactly does the €50/month fee include?
The three base pages with their design and development, hosting, SSL certificate, domain configuration, maintenance and updates, backups, monitoring and support. Also the setup of Google Analytics, Search Console and your Google Business Profile. There are no hidden costs: the only things charged separately are extra pages and the SEO plan, and both prices are published above.
Is there a minimum term?
Yes, twelve months. That's what lets us give you an €890 website for a monthly fee: we absorb the design cost up front and recover it across the year.
What if I stop paying the fee in a few years? Does my site disappear?
You don't have to start from scratch. While it's a subscription the site lives on our infrastructure and we look after everything. If at some point you want it to become yours outright, there's a buy-out option whose price drops the longer you've been with us: tell us where you are and we'll give you the exact figure.
How much does it cost to add pages or services later?
Each new page is a one-off €100. And if you also have the €250/month SEO plan, any pages needed for ranking are included in that plan.
Can I just buy the website instead of paying a monthly fee?
Yes. If you'd rather own it from day one, we quote it as a one-off project —from €890— and after that you only pay annual maintenance. Tell us what you need and we'll give you both figures so you can compare.
Does it include Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile setup?
Yes, all three. Analytics and Search Console to measure visits and rankings on Google, and the Google Business Profile —the map and reviews listing— which we create if you don't have one yet.
