In compliance with the GDPR and LOPD-GDD, the personal data collected through the Website's forms will be incorporated and processed in our records in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfil the commitments between Teix and the User, maintain the relationship established, or respond to a request or enquiry. A record of processing activities is kept in accordance with the GDPR, unless the exception in Article 30.5 applies.

Processing is subject to the principles of Article 5 of the GDPR:

The categories of data processed are identification data only. Special categories of data (Art. 9 GDPR) are never processed.

The legal basis for processing is the User's consent, which will be express and verifiable for one or more specific purposes. The User may withdraw consent at any time, as easily as it was given; as a general rule, withdrawal does not affect the use of the Website.

6. Purposes and retention periods

In the event of a security breach entailing a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the controller will notify the User without undue delay. The data will be treated as confidential.

The User may exercise the following rights recognised in the GDPR and LOPD-GDD against the controller: access, rectification, erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making (including profiling).

11. Acceptance and changes

Use of the Website implies acceptance of this Privacy Policy. Teix reserves the right to amend it at its own discretion or due to legislative or case-law changes. Users are advised to check this page periodically. This policy is adapted to the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD.
